The Perfect Gift...

Give your favorite bookworm a memorable and unique gift with his/her own personalized, handprinted engraved bookplates by The Lapwing Printworks. What a great wedding present! Just email Sarah Spooner and Jon Gregory with a design idea (this can be specific or vague). They'll come up with a some initial sketches and once you're happy with the concept, they'll produce a final for your approval. Pretty easy peasy.

The Perfect Gift...

Have a friend in need of a little creative nudge? I think Maxine Sutton's Miracles Kit should do the trick.
It comes with everything you need to get your craft on!

Make as hanging decorations or lavender drawer/wardrobe sachets, mobiles for children’s rooms, toys, brooches or appliqué patches for clothing or cushions, …the possibilities are endless."

The Perfect Gift...

Oh wow how perfect is this???

Although I'm sorta jealous... I grew up in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. when I was about 6. My mother obviously didn't get the tooth fairy memo. I remember putting my tooth under my pillow (kids from school got me all excited about the fairy) and waking up the next day - destroyed by the fact that the tooth fairy wanted nothing to do with my tooth! Phew, thank goodness the Santa Clause memo safely arrived in time for my first American Christmas!!

The Official Tooth Fairy Kit contains one letterpress Certificate of Record for filing with your local Tooth Fairy and one reusable silkscreened cloth deposit bag for your first and all subsequent transactions. The official certificate keeps record of name, age, tooth lost, method of extraction and compensation information.

The Perfect Gift...

When was the last time you felt really good about yourself?
I love these feelgood cards. These days it's so easy to forget that even the smallest things can make a huge difference. For less than a therapist co-pay, you can buy one for yourself and one for a friend who needs a little pick me up.

The Perfect Gift...

Mondays are usually rough. Cheer someone up with one of these next week.
Wrap it up like a real stem - in brown paper, tie it up with a little bit of twine and hold it behind your back...

The Perfect Gift...

With all of the products I sift through on a daily basis, you'd think that I'd have gift-giving down to an art form. Well sadly that just isn't so. It's probably because I don't physically "store" away gift ideas and I'm the type of person that if it isn't written down somewhere it ain't happening. So, I'm gonna start posting perfect gift finds here and hopefully when it's time to give someone a present - all I have to do is check back here, find some inspiration and voilà!

Let's kick it off with this perfect pick your own gift set created by the ever-so talented Susy of SusyJack*. Now who wouldn't want to receive one of these? Perfect gift for a host{ess} or a recent graduate. The packaging is sleek and stylish (no need to worry about gift-wrapping) + totally customizable - you get to choose the patterns for 1 Ringlet Jotter, 1 Demi Notebook and 1 Set of 5 Studio Clips! All for $20!! Right?!? AND everything is 100% Post Consumer Recycled! Gift giving couldn't be any easier. Thanks Susy!!
