Buyer's Notes: A Little Sumthin' Sumthin'

Last week I posted about standing out with packaging and I suppose this too would count as packaging but I like to refer to it as the little sumthin' sumthin' factor.

Sometimes sellers go that extra mile even after the transaction is complete. Take for instance this package I received from Bonbon Oiseau...

Handwritten note. Heart confetti (it was right around Valentines Day). Raffia bow. Beautifully shredded tissue paper. Cute little "about" packet. Brooch pinned to a branded heavy stock card and delicately tucked away in a glassine/wax bag.

So not only was the brooch beautiful, but Deb's little sumthin' sumthin' brought the opening-package ceremony experience to a different level. For me, she created a very clear Bonbon Oiseau brand experience.

Do you little sumthin' sumthin'?
